OFFICAL RULES & GUIDELINES
ELIGIBILITY:
- Filmmaker must be a student. High School, Undergraduate and Graduate works are all accepted. Recently graduated students are also encouraged to submit.
- Films must be submitted on DVD. No QuickTime or data discs please.
- Film must be completed after January 2009.
- Films longer than 15 minutes in length are not encouraged.
- Foreign Language films are encouraged, however they must have English subtitles and be submitted in NTSC format.
- Film(s) may be entered into more than one category, however programmers will ultimately decide which category it will compete in.
- Two films could be selected from the same filmmaker for competition. Each entry should be submitted as a new film, with separate entry forms.

Submission to the WALLABOUT FILM FESTIVAL is ABSOLUTELY FREE. Spend your money making more movies...
CATEGORIES:
All genres, themes, and categories are accepted, however nothing over fifteen minutes can be showcased in the festival.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Please mail your film and entry form to the follow address by April 5, 2010:

NOTIFICATION:
If your film is selected to compete in Wallbout, you will be notified via email on a rolling basis. You will also be notified by email if your film is not selected. Please make sure that you notify us if your email changes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond with any feedback or explanations if your film is not accepted.
